Course:

Naturally Nurture

A Weekend of Natural Wellness and Crafting: Forsest Bathing, Balms, and Beyond

Course Overview.

Join us for a transformative weekend devoted to reconnecting with the natural world through the art of crafting wellness. From blending natural teas to creating balms, bath bombs, tinctures, and ointments, this immersive experience invites you to explore the profound relationship between nature, well-being, and creativity.

Guided by the rhythms of the land, we’ll forage for ingredients, process raw materials, and craft bespoke wellness items—all while reflecting on how these practices nurture both body and soul. Together, we’ll transform plants and herbs into meaningful creations, cultivating a deep connection with the natural world and each other.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll engage in hands-on activities that highlight the richness of working collaboratively with nature. From gathering medicinal plants to learning the art of extraction and infusion, every step will deepen your understanding of how the land sustains and inspires us. This experience is about more than crafting—it’s about fostering a relationship of reciprocity with the natural world and embracing the wellbeing it offers.

As you immerse yourself in these practices, you’ll gain insights into how humans have always shaped and been shaped by their environment. This interplay between culture and ecology invites us to reflect on how we can create more regenerative, balanced ways of living that honour the land and support our personal well-being.

By the end of the weekend, you’ll leave not only with handcrafted teas, balms, and other items but also with a renewed sense of connection—to the earth, to yourself, and to a community of like-minded individuals. This is an invitation to weave wellness, creativity, and sustainability into your everyday life, fostering a relationship with nature that is both nurturing and regenerative.
